Limo 2 go ltd Term and conditions

1) All bookings are subject to a deposit which is payable on confirmation of booking, The booking can not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid in full to Limo 2 go ltd, all deposits are non refundable unless the hire is cancelled by Limo 2 go ltd, All Bookings for key dates may be asked for full payment to be made proir to the booking.

2) Should you wish to pay the balance in full this can be done at any time before the hire starts, If paying by Cheque the payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the hire.

3) All cancellations of bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to the date upon which the services are intended for or the customer agrees to meet the full cost of the said booking accordingly, If the consumer makes the booking less than 30 days then these terms still apply accordingly.

4) Limo 2 go ltd will not be held responsible for financial or personal loss in the event of a mechanical failure. We strive to ensure our vechicles are serviced to the manufactures specifications but cannot be held accountable should the vehicle develop a fault whilst carrying passangers. In the event of a breakdown Limo 2 go ltd will try their very best to source a replacement vechicle but are under no obligation to pay for alternative travel arrangements.

5) The Use of prohibited substances in our vehicles is banned at all times. Should our drivers become aware of any such transgressions, we reserve the right to cancel the hire with immediate effect and eject all the passengers. we will not be held accountable for any resulting travel costs.

6) Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle under any circumstances, anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave the vehicle and will not be able to continue the journey. Limo 2 go ltd will not be held accountable for any resulting further travel costs.

7) Limo 2 go ltd and our drivers takes Health and Safety very seriously therfore anyone found not to be wearing a safetly belts may be asked to leave the vehicle if refusing to wear them. Under no circumstances must anybody remove there safety belt to hang out of the windows, If found they will be asked to leave the vehicle and we will not be held accountable for any resulting travel costs.

8) We will always endevour to keep to all our collection/ Pick up times, as stated on the first booking confirmation, If any traffic issues or any other problems occur beond our control we will endeover to inform you of any time delay. Therfor if any passangers are late for there agreed pick up time the driver will not be able to wait, If any passangers are late and the driver has another booking the driver will not be able to wait, we will not be accountable for any resulting further travel cost that may occur.

9) Limo 2 go ltd will not tolerate abusive and foul language towards our drivers, anyone found to be abusive or threatening will be asked to leave the vehicle, in the event of an attack the police will be informed.

10) Any damage made to the Limo either in or outside must be paid for, A cleaning charge may be made if the Limo is left in a dirty condition.
